Sasa is a leading beauty retailer in Asia, selling over 700 renowned international cosmetics labels in over 200 retail stores.
This project focuses on optimizing user experience and interface design for better engagement by addressing current issues such as excessive content, disorganization, and inefficient space usage on our platform. We aim to enhance the clarity of information, streamline navigation, and ensure that the most relevant details are easily accessible to improve CTR and CVR.

What I’ve done here:
- Communicate with Sasa's online department manager to understand their demands.
- Brainstorm, sort out the main opinions that need to be emphasised, and sort out the structure of the whole presentation.
- Complete the second part: refinement of the solution.
